Sakta is an AI-powered personal training app operated by Dima Berkovich (individual) ("we"). Using the app constitutes acceptance of these terms and of the Privacy Policy.
Sakta builds a personal training plan from your health data and adapts it to what you actually do, with an AI coach available in chat. The plan and the coach's replies are generated by an artificial-intelligence model — they are not medical advice and may be wrong; use judgement, and consult a physician for any medical concern.
The service is intended for ages 18 and up. By using it you confirm you are physically fit to train; if you have a medical condition, consult a physician first.
Use begins with a 14-day free trial. After it ends, continued use of the coach features (chat and reviews) requires an auto-renewing monthly subscription purchased through the App Store; the full price and any introductory price are shown on the purchase screen before you confirm. Even without a subscription, your plan and history remain readable, and data export and account deletion are always available.
The subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. To cancel: device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Billing, cancellation and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies; refund requests go to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Do not abuse the service: flooding it with requests, attempting to bypass limits, reverse engineering, or using the chat for purposes other than training. Reasonable daily usage caps apply; systematic abuse may lead to account restriction.
The app, its design and content are the property of Dima Berkovich (individual). The plan built for you and your data are yours — see the Privacy Policy for export and deletion rights.
Training is at your own risk. The service is provided AS IS; we are not liable for damage arising from reliance on the plan or the coach's replies, and in any event our liability is capped at the amount you paid in the last three months. Nothing here derogates from rights that cannot be waived by law.
We may update these terms; material changes will be surfaced in the app. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, with exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo.
